Transformational Public Speaking Workshop Concludes at Okeechobee Chamber of Commerce
Review of This Morning's Bee Savvy Business Training Course - Motivational & Public Speaking
I usually don't review our courses, but this morning's session has been transformational. This morning marked the conclusion of a two-day workshop that the Chamber put on as part of our Bee Savvy Business Training series. The workshop, focused on Public Speaking, covered an array of essential topics including topic choice, structure, overcoming fears, tools for presentation, and the mindset of dynamic public speaking.
The goal was to equip attendees with the tools and confidence to excel in public speaking, presentations, and even business pitches. While we've had some excellent groups come through our training center, this morning's all-female group truly highlighted why we are so passionate about providing these training opportunities.
The exercise we gave the attendees at the end of the session showcased just how powerful these opportunities can be in empowering individuals. The Okeechobee community has some truly remarkable talent, and we are excited to see what the future holds for these incredible women.
This topic debuted in June with nine participants in the first workshop and another seven registered for the July workshop. Previous topics, such as Telephone Skills and Customer Service, and Time Management, have also been well-attended, underscoring the community's commitment to professional development.
