Mark's first career spanned 15 years in the US Navy where he was managed and maintained data and satellite communications systems. Upon returning to civilian life\, he embarked on a new career in IT at Polk State College in Central Florida\, first as a network manager and then as a program manager and professor. At Polk State\, Mark founded the schools Cisco Training Academy and managed Polk State's Network Information Technology degree programs. Following a successful 9 year stint at the college\, Mark joined CenterState Bank which is headquartered in Winter Haven\, Florida. He has held many roles during his 12 years at CenterState including Information Security Officer\, Director of Security and his present role as Chief Information Security Officer. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of the State of New York and a Master's of Science Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Florida.
