Have you ever wanted to try scrapbooking but don't know where to start? Sign up for a Scrapbooking Class at the Okeechobee Library on Wednesday, September 27th @ 10:30 a.m.
All materials will be provided, just bring 6 photos and learn how to create a whole scrapbooking page spread.
