Memorial Day Service, Ortona Cemetery, 8898 W. State Road 78 near Ortona, 11 a.m. Glades County and the Moore Haven American Legion Post 299 will have a special presentation by a guest speaker and two Quilts of Valor will be donated to designated veterans. The Palmdale Baptist Church will place flags on the graves of over 350 veterans buried in the cemetery. For information, call 863-946-2556.
