Mental Health Awareness Brown Bag Lecture

Suncoast Mental Health Center and Indian River State College are working together to raise awareness about the connection between physical and mental health. Join us for our fifth annual mental health awareness lecture series. This year we are exploring the topics of animal companionship, spirituality, humor, work-life balance, and recreation and social connections as ways to boost mental health and general wellness. So much of what we do physically impacts us mentally. Learn more about mental illnesses, their occurrences here on the Treasure Coast, and what resources are available to students, staff, residents and others at this free, community-wide event.
